We understand that things aren’t always as you expected, and that sometimes things aren’t quite right. If you would like to make a return, please take a look at our policies below. Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to dispatch and we will refund your payment that day. If however the item has been dispatched you will have to return the item to us. On receipt and inspection of the item, we will refund your money less delivery costs.
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, and able to be sold as new. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 working days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank account.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one, or issue a refund if you prefer. Damaged or defective items should be reported by email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible on identification of the damage or defect, and within 14 days of delivery. This is so that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner. Goods not reported until after 14 days of delivery will be dealt with under the warranty process
After you’ve submitted a return request to email@example.com we will send you a returns number and shipping instructions. Please ensure you follow the instructions to ensure a speedy return & replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless goods are faulty, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. For high value items we recommend using a tracked and insured postal or courier service.
If the item is marked “Sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded unless it is faulty. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
